5,000 euro each for FortSchritt, AWO and the St. Elisabethen Society
Stockdorf/Munich – March 9, 2018 – Last year, Webasto employees raised a total of some 7,000 euro in donations at their Christmas party. The donation amount was increased to 15,000 euro by the company. This time, the money is being donated in equal proportions to three social institutions in the region. 5,000 euro is going to FortSchritt Starnberg e.V., the AWO Kreisverband München-Land e.V. (workers' aid organization) and the St. Elisabethen Association in Planegg.
The donations were presented on March 9, 2018 by Dr. Holger Engelmann, Chairman of the Management Board of Webasto SE, at the company’s headquarters in Stockdorf. “With our traditional Christmas donation we want to help improve the living conditions of needy people in our home region. We consider this to be part of our corporate responsibility, which is anchored in our corporate values”, says Dr. Engelmann.
