Plenty of natural light, bright colors, and a spacious layout of the various areas of use provide a friendly atmosphere in the new Administration and R&D Center of Webasto. In order to promote efficient and interdepartmental cooperation, Webasto opted for a multi-functional space concept on the three office levels. Hereby, the room structure is based on the product development processes of the company. In addition to workplaces with desks, there are several open rooms and spaces that support the exchange of information in smaller and larger groups, as well as places that people can withdraw to for concentrated work.
